Dear Zendure Users,
When posting a help request, have you ever wished you could highlight the comment that truly solved your problem, making it easier for other users with similar questions to find the right answer?
With this in mind, we've enhanced the layout and functionality of help request posts to ensure that valuable answers receive the recognition they deserve.
**This feature is now available in the Forum App and will also be introduced to the web version after the upcoming UI update.
Helpful Recognition
Any post published with the #HelpRequest tag will automatically be categorized as a help request. A "Helpful" button will appear below every comment.
The button is available only to the original poster, moderators, and administrators.
■ If the original poster finds a comment that successfully solves the issue, they can mark it as "Helpful". The comment will automatically receive the "Author Accepted" label and be pinned to the top.
■ If the original poster is unable to determine the correct solution, moderators or administrators may also mark a comment as "Helpful". The comment will then automatically receive the "Moderator Pick" or "Officially Recognized" label and be highlighted and pinned, with a lower priority than "Author Accepted."
■ Only one comment can be marked as "Helpful" within each help request. The "Helpful" mark can be added or removed within 72 hours.
Users whose comments are marked as "Helpful" will automatically receive xx ZenWatts as a reward for helping others.
"Solved" Status
Once a comment has been marked as "Helpful," the help request will automatically be marked as "Solved." This status will be displayed directly on the post card.
This makes it easier for users with similar questions to quickly identify recently resolved help requests and find the solution.
Updated Button Design
When this feature was first introduced, the button used a thumbs-up icon, which could easily be mistaken for a Like button.
Following a UI update, it now features a checkmark icon together with the "Helpful" label, making its purpose much clearer and eliminating ambiguity.
