Dear Zendure Users,
Since the release of App V6.4.0, Zendure has been closely monitoring your feedback. We understand that the issues introduced by this update have affected the user experience of some customers, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
After investigation and analysis by our technical team, all reported issues can be grouped into five main categories. In this announcement, we have summarized the symptoms, identified causes, and corresponding solutions for each category to help you quickly find the information that is relevant to your situation.
1.Abnormal Smart Meter Data
—— Smart Meter 3CT or Shelly 3EM may display abnormal readings or become unresponsive. The reported values may differ significantly from the actual measurements or update intermittently, leading to incorrect system decisions. As a result, charging and discharging strategies, system logic, and the execution of operating modes may not function as intended.
Diagnosis:
This issue is caused by data congestion from the CT device.
Solution:
An official patch was released on July 7. No additional action is required from users.
2.Device Stuck in Standby Mode (SolarFlow 2400 Pro)
—— After the battery is fully charged, the system enters Standby/Bypass mode and is unable to charge or discharge. This may result in purchasing electricity from the grid during peak hours or wasting available solar energy.
Diagnosis:
Our analysis indicates that some cases are caused by a firmware issue, while the remaining cases are related to abnormalities in the AC grid connection.
Solution:
The firmware update addressing this issue has been completed and is currently undergoing internal testing. Once testing is completed, the OTA firmware update will be released immediately. No additional action will be required from users.
Users may also check whether the AC grid connection is functioning properly by confirming that the AC input cable is securely connected, the wall outlet is supplying power, and the main household circuit breaker has not tripped, in order to rule out other possible causes.
3.Error Codes 33 / 71 / 223 / 66
—— During operation, the app displays error code 33, 71, or 223.
Solution:
① Error Code 33 (SolarFlow 800 Pro):
A new firmware version addressing this issue is currently under testing. Before the firmware becomes available, users may try performing a complete power restart (disconnect the PV input and AC input in sequence, press and hold the power button for 6 seconds to shut down the device, wait for 3 minutes, and then power it back on). In most cases, this can temporarily clear the false error report.
② Error Code 71 (SolarFlow 800 Pro):
If this error code appears, please contact Zendure Customer Support (support@zendure.com) to request the dedicated firmware that disables PV common-source detection. The firmware will be pushed to your device separately by our support team.
③ Error Codes 223 / 66:
If error code 223 or 66 continues to appear after multiple device restarts, the device is most likely experiencing an internal hardware failure. Please contact Zendure Customer Support (support@zendure.com) to arrange a replacement device.
4.Device Offline or Unstable Connection
—— The device frequently goes offline and can only reconnect after multiple hard restarts (disconnecting both AC power and PV input).
Solution:
If this issue occurs while your Wi-Fi signal is stable and shows no abnormalities, please export your router's system logs and send them to Zendure Support (support@zendure.com). Please include 【Device Offline Issue】 in the email subject.
5.MQTT Has Been Forcibly Disabled
—— The MQTT option in the app is grayed out with the message: "The device is controlled by HEMS and cannot be configured separately." As a result, local control through Home Assistant or MQTT is unavailable, and existing integrations are interrupted.
Solution:
This issue was resolved on July 9. No additional action is required from users.
If you are still experiencing any of the issue categories listed above that have already been resolved, please send an email to support@zendure.com with 【V6.4.0】 included in the subject line. Our after-sales support team will assist you as soon as possible.
For firmware updates that are currently under testing, we will continue to publish the latest progress in this announcement. Please stay tuned for further updates.
We understand that every system update is also a conversation built on user trust. Zendure sincerely appreciates your patience, understanding, and support throughout this process. We will continue to address every user's concerns through official announcements, firmware patches, and ongoing feature improvements.
May every day be filled with sunshine!
