Rubber band of output doors

Hi all,

the rubber bands of the output doors aren't good. On the DC output the door can't be closed or when you have closed it opens itself after a while.

On the AC output the lower rubber band isn't fixed anymore at the door. And I can't get it fixed anymore. I don't see if it should be glued or if it's only stuck in the little plastic nose of the door. How can I get this repaired?

Zendure, you should change the design of the doors protecting the outlets.

The support lady told me that the early units all had bad doors. But she didn’t say how we will get them repaired or even removed would work for me

I've barely messed with the doors and so far 3 of the front doors have come apart from the rubber flap. This is a very poor design. How can we get this fixed?

I repaired it by using small screws. Unfortunatelly there's no option to upload Pictures to the posts.
