The Energy Analytics Chart module resumed normal operation at 8:00 AM (CET) on July 10.
Due to the outage, historical data charts during the affected period may be missing. However, data statistics will be displayed normally from the time of restoration.
We will continue to closely monitor the overall operational status of the servers and the system, and will initiate an internal review based on this incident. Moving forward, Zendure will carry out targeted optimizations in areas such as monitoring and early warning, server capacity expansion, and data backup to further enhance service stability.
