I am unable to charge my super base v4600 by plugging it into any of my wall sockets. It was able to charge it slightly with the solar panels provided earlier today but it was charging at 22watts so it will take forever to get this fully charged. Are there any solutions or is there a way to receive a refund? I purchased this from the kickstarter but I have had nothing but software issues and charging issues
