Not able to access full capacity of battery(4600wh)

After updating all of the firmware, I charged the battery to 100% and discharged it to 0 % multiple times. The most that I can get into the battery is 1600wh and only discharged 1600wh from it.

How did you test it? When charging, if there is still input power when it reaches 100%, keep charging until there is no input power to indicate full.

May I ask why you recommend doing this? When it reaches 100%, it is presumably very close to being full (within 1% of being full, I would hope).

When it reaches 100%, it stops taking in input power. I also tried to reset it.

This sounds like just inaccurate battery level on the display. Do you have any 3 digit error code on the right side of the screen? I would try a hard reset (on the power button for 15s)

Also when it reaches 0%, it stays on but does not give any output.

I wonder how much of this is explained from AC inverter power loss. Leaving the AC power output on overnight can drain nearly 50% of the SBV 4600! Of course, you can and should set an automatic turn off, but it still a lot of power loss! I recommend buying a cheap AC inverter that plugs into the DC car output to run small AC loads without having to worry about half your battery draining for no reason!
