Ajablu I have a SBV6400 and one satellite battery. I set them both up to charge to 90%. They initially charged to that level and stayed there. But the base unit has started dropping lower, it was done to 83% just now and the satellite unit has now charged up to 100% and stays there. There is no load on the system. How can I get the batteries to the desired charge level again?
support If, when the SBV6400 is connected to the satellite battery, charging is done, the charge limit set by the SBV6400 will prevail if it is set.
Ajablu Yes, I understand that is how it is supposed to work, but that’s not what’s happening. The satellite is connected to the base. The charge limit is set to 90% for both. The satellite initially stayed at that, but has since charged up to 100%.
Ajablu I just checked now and even though the satellite is already at 100% it indicates that it is charging.
Ajablu Yesterday when I saw that the satellite was at 100% and charging I unplugged the base unit from the AC power. I just took a look at them now and the battery on both was at 0%! How could this possibly happen overnight with no load? Nothing at all consuming power. Both AC and DC outputs turned off.
support 90% should be an average. If you feel that the charge display is not accurate, try removing the charge limit, trying to fill it up, and then setting it again.
support Is it because the parallel display is abnormal, try turning the unit off and rejoining it to see if the power is accurate?
