I am looking for users with a similar setup:
- Zendure Hyper 2000
- Shelly Pro 3EM
- SolarEdge inverter
- Single-phase installation
- HEMS 2.0 enabled
My Shelly Pro 3EM is correctly installed and mapped:
- CT A = Load (airco)
- CT B = PV (SolarEdge)
- CT C = Grid
The Shelly app clearly measures PV production and shows correct historical PV graphs. The CT placement and orientation have been verified multiple times.
However, in Zendure HEMS:
- PV production often remains at 0 W
- The Hyper 2000 does not consistently charge from available PV surplus
- HEMS seems unable to correctly process the live Shelly data
Zendure support confirmed that the Shelly is registered and mapped, but indicated that HEMS may not be actively receiving or processing the Shelly measurements.
My questions:
- Does anyone have the same configuration?
- Is your Hyper 2000 charging correctly from PV surplus measured by the Shelly Pro 3EM?
- Can you see live PV production in Zendure when the Shelly clearly shows PV generation?
- Did anyone experience a similar issue and find a solution?
Any feedback, screenshots or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
