Hub2000 Solar caped to 500W

I connected my Hub2000 to a new purchased battery AB3000L. However, when I connect the battery, the Solar input is reduce to a fix 500W even if solar production should be up to 3 times that (4 Panels Aiko 475W).
I contacted support which tried to help me (but focused on outgoing power which is not my problem) and now they simply don't reply anymore.
I chose Zendure over Growatt because I heard awfully things about their software, but now here we are with the same problem with Zendure. Can someone help? Thank you.

Te lo digo porque yo lo intenté y tendrás que
poner 2 al hub y otros 2 directos al
microinversor

Ich meine schon 2-3 Beiträge gelesen zu haben, die das selbe berichten.
Das Problem war in allen Fällen, dass der AB3000L aktuell mit den „älteren“ Hubs nicht voll kompatibel ist. Da werden nur 500W Ladeleistung vom System zugelassen.

Henry Hallo, Ich nehme an dass das nur mit ein Firmware Update zu lösen ist oder? Hat jemand schon vom andere Lösung gesprochen?

Si pero mismo solamente dos, no funciona mas de 500w. Y tambien no compreendo porque 4x aikos no funcionan, Los parâmetros estan de acuerdo con el factsheet
