Bought 2 SBV460 in the kickstarter campaign. One is returned already (still waiting for my money back btw, zendure), turned itself off despite display saying enough capacity, done a few full resets, didn't work. Disrupts power even in UPS mode - the complete opposite of what a UPS should do! Continued unannounced power disruptions finally broke the attached PC, had to buy a new one 😡. Communicated with support for weeks until they decided to take it back. Now - and thats really sad - the other one starts the same shit: battery at around 60-70% and only a TV and a Nvidia Shield attached and poof 💨, all goes off. Just for half a sec, but enough to have to annoyingly "boot" TV & Shield again. I don't start with all the other crap the SBVs do: drain to much power even in standy, randomly unaccessible via app, white "disco-lights" blonking, having errors and not showing error codes... Zendure people, what is going on?
