Hello SBV 4600W user! The default slow AC charge is 400W, which can be modified in the app. According the user manual, slow AC charge/custom charging 200 - 1900W/2900W. But now is it not possible to reduce to 200W or 300W. Minimum 400W. For me ist a reduction to 300W very importand and was a reason why I choose SBV 4600W. Are here more user, whiche are unhappy too? Target Zendure change the AC charge minimum to 300W. Many thanks in advance for your Feedback! Best regards Eric

Yes, slow charging can only be set to a minimum of 400W, slow charging is only for AC charging, want to know, why do you want 300W charging?

I support the idea of a "slower" slow charging, giving users the opportunity to set the minimum charge limit to 200w. Reason: my pv setup feeds into my home grid often approx. 500w while my house is consuming 150w as basic load. When the charge limit could be set to 300w or 200w, I could slowly charge the sbv indirectly over the house power lines WITHOUT SBV drawing anything from the public power grid! This is the main issue!

My device charged at 100 watts no matter what setting I select fast or slow on the Zendure or wattage in the app. I can’t con with wifi so my only option is Bluetooth that doesn’t give me access to firmware updates.

Jeff Bluetooth connection cannot update the firmware, only via Wi-Fi connection.
Can you provide the device SN?
