btwalsh1066@gmail.com Just received my new SuperBase v and got it all set up. For the first few minutes it was charging fine at around 1500 watts A/c input. Then the machine started making clicking noises and smelled like burning so I turned it off and unplugged it. Now when ever I try to charge it it will only pull about 300watts but it doesn’t actually charge at all. In fact it looses charge over the last few hours from 56% down to 48% with no loads.
support Please see if there is a 3-digit error code on the right side of the device screen? If so, see what the code is, it doesn't have to be just one, it will cycle through.
support You can wait for the latest AC firmware update, which should be released in the next couple of days. btwalsh1066@gmail.com
