What is Error code 217?

Still have not made use of my second SBV but it is hooked to a smart outlet that turns it off when the sun is down. It just came on so the screen lit up and I noticed an error code on screen. And why does the edit window here break words at the end of the line several letters in instead of between words?

Is it just showing 217, is there anything else showing?
217 is for single overvoltage protection, which means the battery is fully charged, and this code does not appear in pass-through situations.
Are you using a slightly larger PV charge?

What is error code 004 standing for? I can't find any any error code table.

004 means BMS board communication exception.
If 004 appears, press and hold the power on button for 10-15 seconds or more to allow the BMS to reboot, until the device is completely switched off, then switch it on again, if 004 disappears, the device can be used normally.
