Unit shuts off

Unit shuts off without warning after 24 hours of use. I can turn it back on and it will work again for another extended period. This occurs with a working draw of 50w. No error message. The AC portion simply shuts off. I flick it back on and begins to work. Happens daily.

Can you provide the SN of the device, does the device still have power, does it just switch off the AC output or does the device switch off too? Is the 50W device a constant power, has there been any attempt to access a device with a little more power?

Zendure got back to me with a temporary fix. I noticed that it was shutting down at approximately the same time on a daily basis. It was shutting down in the afternoon after full capacity was reached from solar panels. It’s an overcharging mechanism. They had me lower the charge limit to 98%. It worked like a charm.

In reference to the device, not displaying low wattage, Zendure is aware. They are also working on a fix for that. I am not sure what the threshold is. But, anything under 100 W won’t be displayed and it will still push power to that output.
