JD Hello, There are two new firmware updates available but they fail to install every time. Won’t even start. Stay at 0 % and then I get the update failed message. Any chance to update via USB? Thx!!!
support When updating the firmware, it cannot be charged or connected to a load, please disconnect all inputs and outputs. If the update fails, turn the device off, then on again and try the update again. Have a nice weekend.
