AC total output. Usage display

AC total output, from off grid connection
Hello, just received my solar flow 2400, I'm using it off grid, why is the "AC total output" showing zero?

That is the AC port (the other one) you did not connect

In off-grid usage you are not using the AC out but instead the outlet load, AC out wil be off and zero.
