The two battery modules under my Solarflow 2400 are suddenly no longer being detected by the system. According to the app, the battery supplied power last night but apparently dropped to 0% (even though it is set to only discharge to 25%). Now the batteries are no longer charging and it states that they are offline.
The installation is located in the coolest spot in the house and feels anything but warm. No one has touched it, and the conditions are absolutely no different from the past few months.
A hard reset of the system did not help. What else can I do?
