The Zendure team takes this matter very seriously, and a specialized technical task force was immediately established to conduct a thorough investigation.
Safety Notice
Our investigation has found that the physical flatness and alignment during stacked installation are critical to the long-term stable operation of the terminals. To prevent any abnormal overheating, ensure the safety of your system, and prolong the lifespan of your device, please be sure to verify the following important safety items after completing your stacked installation:
■ Ensure a Flush Connection: After installation, please check the contact surface between the SolarFlow 2400 AC and the battery to ensure that the gaps are even and level on all sides.
■ No Tilting: If you find the unit is misaligned or tilted, please reposition it correctly. Any improper alignment will result in insufficient contact area for the internal terminals, which may affect device performance and long-term stability.
■ Bracket Reinforcement: Once proper alignment is confirmed, please use the mounting brackets and M4 screws to physically secure the connection between the inverter and the battery.
