Will the software be updated to support Shelly Plug M Gen3 or should i send them back?

I also asked the support and got this answer:

"Support for the Shelly Plug M Gen3

Your request regarding the integration of the Shelly Plug M Gen3 has been recorded. We are currently continuing to gather relevant customer requirements. As demand increases, support for this device will be further evaluated and taken into account in future version planning."

So everyone who wants to use this plug now or in the future should write a ticket...

I just asked Zendure Support the same question through ticket. Unfortunately, there are no plans at short term.

Here is their response:
