Lots of issues

Inconsistent charging wattage. Set it to 1800W and it charges at 400W, then drops to 115W. Takes hours to charge.

After it charges, the unit continues to show a draw of up to almost 200W and it jumps around. It never drops to 0W when full. My watt meter shows a consistent draw of less than 2W when full. The display is always showing something.

Did a full discharge and charging twice to help calibrate the metering, it did nothing. Have had to do several resets and much more.

These things are so buggy that they are not ready for sale.

I forgot to add that the batteries get really hot, that may be the reason for the inconsistent charging wattage.

Good Morning. How much power was left in the device when it was charged at 400 W. Was the device previously charged at 1800 W?

I have had many problems too. That asked me to calibrate the battery… I’m going to try it now… This is what they emailed: “ We suggest that you fully discharge the battery, then charge it until the charging power is less than 50W, and then discharge it down to 0.” Typo from them: 50w = 50%
