SolarFlow 2400 Pro is exporting abnormal amounts of power back to the grid even with “forbid export” enabled.
The system is connected through a Shelly Pro 3EM. Everything works normally for some time, then the SF2400Pro seems to “freeze” and starts exporting 600–800 W to the grid, even though the Zendure app itself clearly shows negative export values.
Actual house consumption is around 600 W, but the inverter continues outputting excessive power as if the regulation software stops reacting correctly. Eventually this causes my breaker to trip due to excessive backfeed/export power.
Shelly measurements are accurate, network communication is stable, and the issue is clearly not caused by measurement errors. The problem appears to be related to HEMS/regulation logic or SF2400Pro firmware behavior.
Zendure support is already involved, but so far I have not received any actually useful technical response or solution.
Another important detail:
If I limit the output to around 1300 W, the system works relatively stable. As soon as I set the output higher than that, the problems start happening continuously.
Does anyone else have similar issues?
