Solarflow 800 plus loses wifi connection and will not reconnect - yellow slow flashing battery light with 8% charge

Wifi connection was lost suddenly at 22:00 in the evening. Bluetooth connection still works. Yellow slow flashing light happening even after switch off and restart. According to Bluetooth connection the battery is charged to 8%. Battery reconnects to WiFi during reconnection process but not to Zendure cloud. Battery temperature was 31’C when it disconnected. Please can you advise on getting the battery reconnected to the Zendure cloud. Thanks.

Additional information; all other devices including the Zendure P1 meter remain connected to the WiFi and internet.

My Zendure app has recently updated to the new version 6.2.1. Could this be the source of the problem as nothing else has changed?

Current battery temperature is 15’C according to the Bluetooth connection. There has been no change to the WiFi issue and even in the middle of winter the battery heating was never used.

Bei Wlan Problemen hilft es oft dem Zendure Gerät im Router eine feste IP zuzuweisen. Hast du das schon probiert?

I had after a week wihout problems running 6.2.1, the same problem with my 2400 plus. In the devices tab ,i opened the solarflow device.
Disabled the "add to hems".
Left the tab (to ensure the change was synchronized)
Opende the devices tab again and enabled "add to hems". After selecting the home tab, it was working.

Thanks Henry for the tip. I will do this. At 19:00 last night the issue solved itself without any input from me. The WiFi icon was always green, so I suspect the issue was related to the battery temperature even though it never went out of the normal range seen over the last few weeks. Let’s hope it does not happen again!
