108 I have the same problem. I did a full discharge and charge without any luck. I have the latest firmware.
support Do you mean less than 100% charge, or do you mean charge to 100% and still have input power? If it is the second, you can let the device continue charging until the power is minimal and let the BMS learn automatically.
