I asked for the first 2400ac to be replaced. It took a month for the replacement to be completed.
I got another 2400ac unit, which doesn't work either.
I have already packed all Zendure products, and tomorrow I will return them. It has been a mistake to trust them, but experience shows me that the products are not well finished.
