Following up on my previous post about the re-pairing bug. After receiving a replacement unit, I'm still experiencing a persistent issue and wanted to document it in case others are in the same situation.
Current behaviour:
The unit stays permanently in "Standby / Waiting" mode
No grid charging - the app shows 0W input from grid, despite the outlet being powered (the app itself warns: "The off-grid outlet is not turned on").
No discharge - the batteries are at 58% (2× AB3000X) but the unit delivers 0W to the home circuit
The power LED blinks green continuously
What I've already tried:
Toggling hers on and off multiple times.
•Setting manual charge schedules → the unit ignores them completely
•Reconnecting the device in the app
Checking all physical connections
System context:
SolarFlow 2400 AC (replacement unit)
2× AB3000X batteries
Smart Meter 3CT (Smart Meter mode enabled)
Country set to Germany.
We're active.
Has anyone managed to get out of this loop?
Could this be a firmware issue or a server-side HEMS configuration problem?
Does anyone know how to get the batteries out of standby mode?
