Hi everyone,
I'm having an issue with my SolarFlow 2400 AC and hoping someone can help me figure out what's going wrong.
Setup:
•SolarFlow 2400 AC with 2× AB3000X batteries (currently at 59%)
•Hyper 2000 acting as a microinverter only (no batteries attached, solar panels connected to it)
•Zendure Smart Meter 3CT installed for zero-export control
Both devices added to the same HEMS "Home"
The problem:
•The SolarFlow 2400 AC is stuck in standby ("en espera") and not discharging to the home.
My household is currently consuming 456W from the grid, but the batteries are doing nothing despite being at 59%. AC output is 0W, input from grid/solar is 0W, and battery power flow is also 0W.
I've tried both Smart Meter mode and Automatic mode — neither triggers the unit to start supplying power.
The app also shows a warning: "The off-grid outlet is not turned on", though I'm not sure if that's related.
What I'd like to understand:
•Why is the SolarFlow 2400 AC not discharging when there's active home consumption?
•Is there a conflict between the Hyper 2000 and the SolarFlow 2400 AC when both are under the same HEMS?
•Is there a specific trigger or minimum consumption threshold required to wake the unit from standby?
Any help or pointers to the correct configuration would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
