SBV resets itself once or twice while being exactly at 50% battery

Hi community members,

Anyone has noticed that the SBV resets itself exactly at 50% battery while on a low load?

How to run equipment if you need to plug a UPS onto the SBV to keep things running while it resets itself randomly but mostly at 50% remaining.

Anyone experienced the same?

I have the same defect, although it sometimes shuts down randomly other than at 50%.

Ok did you raise a ticket or tried to approach Zendure? I thought it might be only software related but it’s really enjoying as you can’t run any crucial load on it really. Thanks for your response!

Zendure hasn't even delivered my complete over a year old order yet, Zendure support says one thing then does another and has been most frustrating and useless - I don't even dare to attempt to update firmware as I can't afford for it to be bricked during hurricane season. My SBV does not live up to the hype, is definitely unreliable and requires constant monitoring.

Yes. You need to drain the SBV fully and then recharge to 100% a few times. The BMS system is complete garbage

What do you mean with reset? Is the AC output stopped for a short while and your devices stopped working and will then work again automatically? Or is the SBV resetted and all outputs are shutted down and you will have power them up manually? I'm asking because my SBV seemed to stop the AC output randomly at any load for a short while so my AC devices stopped working and came back to work automatically. A Zendure support ticket is opened but there's no reaction at this time. And there aren't any error codes on the display of the SBV.

The unit reboots itself during this process the AC sockets go offline. To prevent your critical loads to go down you need to connect an additional UPS to the SBV AC sockets. Not reliable for critical loads unfortunately…
