What is ZenWatts?
ZenWatts is Zendure's exclusive user value reward system, designed to quantify and reward your activity and contributions within the Zendure ecosystem. We have created a seamless, all-in-one experience: whether you are checking your points balance, completing tasks, or unlocking rewards, everything is consolidated within a single App interface. The process is straightforward, allowing you to easily manage your benefits.

What can I redeem with ZenWatts?
Your accumulated ZenWatts can be directly exchanged for a variety of rewards in the in-app "Points Store":
■ Core Energy Storage Hardware: Including the highly popular AB2000X and AB3000X add-on batteries, as well as ecosystem accessories like the Smart Meter 3CT.
■ Premium Official Merchandise: Practical items such as custom toolboxes, luggage, and apparel.
■ Exclusive Event Access: Priority registration for Zendure offline technical meetups and events.

Once a reward is redeemed, shipping and logistics tracking will be directly displayed on a dedicated page. There is no need to manually search for tracking numbers, saving you time and effort.

How to earn ZenWatts?
No complex procedures are required. You can easily earn points through simple daily operations and content sharing.
■ New Hardware Installation: For every new Zendure host device you activate, you will receive points corresponding to the device model (points will be issued 30 days after activation).
■ Existing User Reward: If your device has been bound for more than 30 days prior to the launch of this program, the system will retroactively and automatically issue initial points based on your device model.
■ Daily Tasks: Easily accumulate points by completing your profile, publishing your first post, or engaging in daily interactions like liking and commenting.
Additionally, helping answer others' questions or sharing high-quality technical content gives you the chance to earn even more points!
■ Helpful Solutions: Answer questions under the #HelpRequest topic. If your reply is marked as "Helpful" by the asker, official staff, or a moderator, you earn 100 ZenWatts per instance (max 3 times per month).
■ In-Depth Insights: Share professional, high-quality content in the forum (such as hardware/software reviews, custom API scripts, or energy-saving tips). If officially featured/reposted, you can earn up to 500 ZenWatts per post.
