DaSamy Remove the device from shelly, then it disappears at zendure too. i had the same issue with a Gen 3 plug which is supported too. I integrated an old Plug S and it worked...
ZenUser191pMj3b DaSamy Jes usually that is working but not yestarday for almost 24 Hours. Cloud was not working correctly and it was not possible even when logging out from the Shelly cloud. Was fixed luckily yesterday night
