I wanted to share my experience with the SolarFlow 2400 AC as a warning for anyone considering a purchase.
Timeline
•March 31 – Purchased the SolarFlow 2400 AC
Several weeks of opening support tickets trying to resolve a critical bug: after unlinking the device from the app, it becomes impossible to re-add it. The device is essentially bricked from a software standpoint.
Support responses were generic and unhelpful, with no real troubleshooting provided.
•April 27 – After weeks of going back and forth with no solution, I returned the unit
•Today, May 5 – Still no replacement unit received
•Support tells me they don't have any units in stock, and they don't provide a delivery timeframe.
That's over 5 weeks since purchase and still no working device.
I still can't connect my two batteries because I don't have the 2400A AC adapter. My experience with Zendure has been disastrous.
I just wanted to warn potential new customers of this brand, which seems to be abandoning those of us who have already bought their products.
0P.S.: Does anyone know where HEMS 2.0 is? (It was supposed to be released on April 30th)
