ZenUser38en4bN So I just bought this yesterday and wanted to immediately try it out. - First I tried turning it on right out the box and nothing. I didn’t find that surprising and assumed it was at 0% - Next thing I do is plug in the DC power charger. The fan started and a green light lit up and I turned it on. It showed 62% but wasn’t charging at all even after I left it for an hour. I tried unplugging, plugging it in else where but nothing. I then tried turning it on without any plugs but it doesn’t want to turn on if it’s not plugged to the DC power cable. - I looked for suggestions and saw that maybe it was the firmware update. Tried that but it’s fully up to date. - I really need help here. This was purchased from a local shop that sells these brand new with their original box. I know people that have these and they don’t have any issues.
