Ac 2400plus niet zichtbaar in de app

Ik wil een 2de SF AC2400 plus toevoegen. Na opstarten en wifi selectie is het toestel niet zichtbaar in de app. Het toestel verbindt wel met mijn wifi en ontlaadt, maar hij komt niet zichtbaar in de app waardoor ik hem niet kan sturen en toevoegen aan EMS. Heb geprobeerd om opnieuw te verbinden (3 seconden op de iot knop) maar hij koppelt meteen naar onze wifi. Ook als ik de router thuis uitzet op hem naar mijn hotspot van mijn gsm te verbinden, lukt dit niet. Het toestel uitschakelen en opnieuw proberen brengt ook geen oplossing. Iemand een idee wat ik nog kan doen?

I have a set up that sounds like yours with 2 AC2400+ each with an extra battery.
I did have to add the second one from the "devices" page of the app using the + symbol at the top right of the screen for it to register, did you try that?

Yes, I tried that, but the problem remains the same.

Hi,

I have a very similar problem with my SolarFlow 2400 AC. The device cannot be paired with the app via Bluetooth or WiFi despite multiple attempts including a factory reset.

I have been in contact with Zendure support and they have acknowledged that the unit is likely defective due to a hardware fault in the internal communication module. However, despite opening two support tickets, they have still not provided any solution or replacement.

It is frustrating to see that this seems to be a recurring issue with the 2400 AC. If you find a solution, please let me know. I will do the same.

Try to add with an android device, still issues with Bluetooth but you can add the energy storage

Ik heb deze week ook een Solarflow 2400+ aaangekocht en kan die ook niet toevoegen aaan een EMS systeem. Ook al verschillende email contacten gehad met support, maar voorlopig nog geen afdoende oplossing.

Het is mij eindelijk gelukt. Bij de creatie van de EMS heb ik manueel gekozen voor Nederland als locatie ondanks dat ik in België woon. Daarna kon ik mijn batterij wel selecteren om toe te voegen aan de EMS

Het toestel kan op geen enkele manier gekoppeld worden. Hebben het al met verschillende toestellen en meerdere accounts geprobeerd. Het lijkt alsof hij geen signaal uitzend om te koppelen.
