Hello all,
This morning I have the the error code 021.
Reset already done without changes. Error code 021 is still active.
DC output is working.
But the AC output cannot be switched on.
Any idea?
BMS v1.0.9
DC v1.1.7
AC v2.2.3
Master v 1.0.46

Do you see only error code 021? I don't know the meaning of this code. Maybe you have to ask the Zendure support team.

If there are other codes, for example 003, then you have to contact the Zendure support for replacing the SBV. Error code 003 means that the AC inverter can't communicate with the master any more.

After full reset with AC and LED button I see new error codes:
021 ,022, 312

There's no documentation for the error codes. So I think you have to contact the Zendure support team.

You can try another reset with pressing the power button for 15 seconds. But you have to unplug all input and output cables for this reset.

Hello Ithe expert,
have tested with both reset versions with the results.
I have create a ticket by the zendure Team.
When they answer i send the results in this post.

Hello all,
zendure arranged for the defective SBV 4600 to be replaced.
In this case the error code 021, 022, 312 are all from the defect AC module.

This may not be relevant to your situation.
I had a similar issue recently.
At the time the unit was at 100% charge.
I used the DC port to discharge the unit and when the charge state dropped below the 'set charge limit' I was able to turn on the AC output.
If your system is at or above that limit you may want to try this.
