Ik live in Belgium and try to install my new battery but i can create a HEMN system because the app can't add the battery it did find my p1 meter so for now i have no smart battery but just have to do it with hand to say to upload or unload?
I already put my wifi on 2, 4ghz i try everything but nothing helps
Can someone help me?

I'm having alotof issues in Belgium also.

1) your wifi signal must be really strong between router and p1 and between router and zendure.
If the connection between the devices and wifi router is interuted the battery is nog handling the connectionloss well.
2) make sure your wifi is 2.4ghz only and it is not sharing the same wifi name as a 5ghz. They must be completely different networks.
3) make sure your wifi password does not contain any special characters. Only numbers and letters. Somehow zendure cannot handle it .

If you can find the battery with your phone appbut are unable to setup the wifi connection i think your wifi router might be to far.

Same here, in Belgium,
WiFi signal OK and strong.
Red mark on the battery itself.
App triggered update from version SolarFlow 2400 pro V1.0.2 to V1.0.2 🤨. But says complete but still issues.
Can not create HEMS as well, keeps forgetting SolarFlow while following all steps.
How this is fixed pretty urgent

Hi,
Try defaulting the battery. Then first create the hems in the and add the battery. Then via the hems go into the battery settings and try to update the battery from there. That is how i managed to upgrade the firmware of the battery. I tried multiple times updating via the devices me u in the app, it did the update but still would show 1.0.2.
Via het hems the update finally worked.

But now i have issues with the battery dissapearing from the app all the time and then it malfunctions.

For now: very bad experience.
I would not recommend the system at this time.

So i do still have the exact same issues that the app keeps forgetting the battery. I contacted support but never got a real answer..

I found it you have to put the country in the Netherlands and no problem any more in Belgium it does not work it seems to be a software bug

Hatte auch einige Probleme bus meiner lief. Löscht das alte hems und das gerät. Inklusive Daten.
Versucht es von Neuem. Bei mir hats geholfen. Die SF 2400 pro läuft hervorragend und versorgt meinen boiler und whirlpool mit heizstrom👍🏻😎

I got my Zendure battery in and it's saying it's not even supported in Belgium, despite it being sold on the be.zendure.com website.
I also can't simply use another country as I also have a 3x230V setup (no N). So I need the dual-live wire option, which seems to only be available in the app if the region Belgium is selected.

I even contacted Zendure ahead of time and got email confirmation that the battery is both supported in Belgium, and capable of handling a dual-live wire setup.
No response through their support channel yet...

Try with android device… you can pass hems this way . You will have issues with Bluetooth but you storage is now visible
