2400AC+ keeps dissapearing from the zendure

Hi all,

Does anyone have an idea why my battery keeps dissapearing from my app?

I was on vacation for 2 weeks. Battery was working fine. Then suddenly it is no longer connected. I had this before in the previouse firmwzre version when i bought it 4 weeks ago.

I need to reset the device wifi connection and readd it to the wifi network.

It completely looses wifi connection, my home assistant setup dies not get any updates from the battery. The battery is not visible anymore in my wifi routers interface.

I am completely lost here.
About to send the device back to the supplier...

Wifi if IoT , 2.4ghz without any fancy features on it.

Hello.
I have a similar problem with the 2400ac. The Wi-Fi doesn't recognize it, and it can't be reconnected via either Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

It's incredibly frustrating; I've already opened two support tickets with Zendure.
At the moment, I'm waiting, and although they acknowledge it's some kind of error, there's no solution in sight.

And I just lost it again. The battery is not in the app anymore. What os going here... pfff
