Feature request - top up battery

After testing, I've realized there's no option to top up the battery at night if the solar panels are not connected directly to the battery.
I have a Shelly Pro 3EM meter and an inverter on my panels and this works very good in Auto Mode, charging the battery dynamically according with house load and injection.
In smart meter mode, with this setup, it doesn't work. It doesn't detect solar input and sends all excess solar to the grid, doesn't matter the sub-mode I pick (follow solar surplus, follow electricity price, etc).
Can you please add this possibility?

First of all, no Zendure device can charge and discharge simultaneously. This would be impossible to implement with the current hardware.
Second, charging the battery from AC should work by price or schedule in intelligent mode. I use schedule successfully.
Not sure what solar panels should change here, specially by night.
