AC not charging

Just received SBV 4600, upgraded to latest firmware today 3/11/23. Plug in wall outlet, however, not seeing SBV is charging. Tried both fast and slow charging, both are the same, not charging. (When plug in, hear a click, but nothing happend)

Other thread discussed BMS version 1.0.9 solved the problem, however, my BMS version is 1.2.0

Connect the App and check if there is a BMS firmware upgrade, first complete the BMS firmware upgrade, and you are ready to use.
If there is a problem, you can provide the device SN and then contact us via email. support@zendure.com

I contacted support, they said this is a big, waiting on Zendure to fix it for me.

Zendure fixed the bug, I am able to upgrade BMS to 1.0.9

Having the same issue. Update stuck at 90%, and cannot charge. Been like this for a week. DC charger or AC charger not

I got mine today, already has BMS at 1.2.0 and it’s not able to charge faster than 100 watts

BMS 1.2.0 is not the right version, you can contact support and tell them your SN, should receive firmware to 1.0.9

Are you charging both from grid and solar? I also found if I charging from both grid and solar, only received 133W from the grid. Without solar, behaves normal when set charging limit to 400W. Not yet trying other limit.

It appears that they fixed it today. I woke up to an email from Zendure and an update available on both V4600s. I installed v1.2.1 and after it finished I was at v1.0.9. Clever. AC charging is working great. Leveled off from 1.6 kW to 1.3 as the charge approached 100% and is still going. Guess the BMS needs to calibrate.

Maybe we should discharge fully and fully charged couple times to calibrate BMS. They should do this for us, right. I also noticed when v4600 showed 100%, it will still take solar input but not grid power. Not sure it will overcharge the battery?
