Your Exclusive Tester Benefits To thank you for your commitment and professional feedback, all testers who complete the required tasks will receive:

- Dedicated Feedback Channel: Join an exclusive Slack community for direct communication with Zendure’s operations and technical teams.
- "Tester" Recognition Badge: Once the badge feature is live, your profile will be permanently updated with an exclusive "Honorary Tester" certification.
- Official Recognition: Outstanding contributors will be awarded an official electronic Certificate of Honour.
Your Testing Tasks (20 April – 3 May) During the two-week testing period, you will be asked to stress-test the following core features:
- Earning Points: Test at least 4 pathways for accuracy and credit speed.
- Redeeming Points: Complete at least 2 test redemptions in the shop.
- Important Note: This is purely a system test. Any generated logistics information is simulated; no physical products will be shipped.
- Balance Inquiries: Verify that balances and transaction histories are accurate and that the rules are easy to understand.
- Providing Feedback: Submit a feedback questionnaire at the end of Week 1 and Week 2 respectively.
Participation Details & Compliance (Please Read Carefully)
- Requirements: Registered for at least 1 month, no record of violations, and proficient in using the Forum App.
- Age Restriction: In accordance with European regulations, you must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Selected users must agree to a lightweight confidentiality clause upon registration, promising not to disclose tested features, screenshots, or rules externally.
- Privacy Protection: We will process your registration information (e.g., email, device model) strictly in accordance with GDPR requirements. Your data will only be used for communication and incentive distribution for this beta test and will be handled according to legal regulations thereafter.

- Application Period: From now until 17 April 2026.
- Announcement of Results: 17 April (Selected participants will be notified via email with further instructions).
- Beta Phase Starts: 20 April.
