SolarFlow 2400 AC - Unable to re-add device after unlinking in the app

Hi everyone,
I'm having issue with sf 2400AC.
After my SolarFlow 2400 AC showed Error Code 31, I decided to unlink it from the app hoping it would fix the problem. However, now I am unable to re-add it.

What I have tried:
•Disabled WiFi on my phone and attempted Bluetooth pairing — device not detected
•Held button for 5 seconds — heard 3 beeps confirming Bluetooth pairing mode, but app still doesn't detect it
•Held button for 10 seconds — heard 1 long beep confirming factory reset, but device still not detectable afterwards.
•I've tried unplugging and plugging it back in multiple times.

There's no way to pair it again in the app.

Has anyone else experienced this?
Is there another procedure to force the device into pairing mode?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try this?
First pull the plug and wait 30 sec.
Then reset (hold button for 10 sec).
Try to add again in the app.

If this doesn’t work, then also disconnect the batteries before the reset

Yes, I’ve already tried all of that.

Even though the device performs the reset beeps, it still doesn’t work. It seems to be stuck, and the Zendure app cannot detect it.

In the old times we used to give a whack with a hammer, that often helped. But today the only solution is to finally contact Zendure Support about this problem
