I’ve been trying to flash the software for AC and DC modules but it will only get to 90% and then freeze. How do I fix this? It also says the battery is at -273degC on the main front. I know battery is at 0% but I can’t charge it until I seemingly get the software flashed.

Servus habe das gleiche Ding gekauft lange drauf gewartet wenn du nützliche Infos für mich hättest wäre das okay habe das Teil zum laufen gebracht auch entladen seitdem erneuten Laden ist auf dem Display so ein schlafmond also Ruhephase zu sehen weißt du vielleicht was das auf sich hat? Ist eben wenig deutsches nachzulesen okay schönen Tag noch

You should not update now, we will provide you with the BMS firmware, you need to update the BMS firmware first and then it will work properly.
You can then look to the right of the device screen to see if there is a 3-digit error code.

Same issue here, they keep telling me to update the firmware, but it gets stuck at 90%

aseenath You can check the screen to see if there are any other error codes, and if there are others, you can tell us that they have to be eliminated before you can complete the update.
