Hyper 2000 in standby mode

Hi everyone,

Good news — the Error 49 (Ground Protection & ARM Output Relay Fault) has disappeared on its own. However, the Hyper 2000 is still in standby mode and not supplying any power to the house.

My current setup:
• Hyper 2000 connected to AC grid (grounded Schuko outlet)
• 3x JA Solar 450W panel connected to DC input
• SolarFlow 2400 AC installed and online
• Smart Meter 3CT installed and reading 265W total consumption. Is working in automatic mode.
• AB3000X batteries not yet arrived (they are for the SolarFlow 2400 AC, not the Hyper 2000)
• HEMS enabled

My question is: shouldn't the Hyper 2000 be using the solar energy from the connected panel to supply power to the house, even without batteries? The Smart Meter 3CT is correctly reading 265W of home consumption, so the CT is working fine.

Is standby mode normal without batteries connected? Or should it be actively supplying power from the solar panel to cover home consumption?

MarkusDerKaiser Hallo. geh mal bitte in die Einstellungen Strategie der Leistungsverteilung. Stell dort mal ganz unten den Export überschüssiger Energie zulassen ein.
Ansonsten den Hyper aus HEMS nehmen und beim Hyper selbst unter Geräte den Bypass immer ein schalten.

It finally started producing power. But after a moment, error 29 appeared: AC output short circuit (Error Code: 29).

Error Code: 29, AC output terminal short circuit fault. Please repair the short circuit fault of the AC output terminal, then press and hold the button for 2 seconds to restart.

Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks
