i have bought a used zendure sbp 2000 in japan and i have a problem that it's not be charge even if i used ac 100V or DC charger. When I plug it in, the device powers on and charges. The charging power fluctuates continuously between 20-60W, but the battery percentage doesn't increase. it's now stucked in 1% battery, it shuts down immediately when i unplug it.
when charging, output is still ok which in ac 100V. charging voltage in B+ B- is 55V.
i tried to connect to the zendure app but it is still stucked with prior account and i can not unpair it now.
if anyone has any advices that i can try, please help me.
