Help with Hyper 2000 🙏

Hi everyone,

I'm getting Error Code 49 (Ground Protection) on my Hyper 2000 and I can't get it to operate. The app shows two errors:

• Ground Protection (Error code 49) - Grounding Exception
• ARM Output Relay Fault (Error code 49)

My setup:
• Hyper 2000 connected to AC grid
• 1x JA Solar 450W panel connected to DC input
• AB3000X batteries not yet installed (pending delivery)
• Hyper 2000 plugged into a grounded Schuko outlet

The device stays in standby mode with 0W output. I've verified the outlet has proper grounding.

Has anyone experienced this error before? Could it be related to operating without batteries connected? Or could there be another cause?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

MarkusDerKaiser Hallo. In deinem HEMS ersten Bild wird ein SF2400AC angezeigt. Hast du den in deinem Setup vergessen?
Hast du den Hyper mal an einer anderen Steckdose getestet?

P.d: Also, I have the Zendure Smart Meter 3CT installed and configured in Automatic Mode.

Hi Tim!
Thanks for replying.
I changed the plug, and the Hyper 2000 error disappeared.

But now the 2400AC is showing error 31.
Is this error likely because it's out of batteries? (The batteries are on their way.)

MarkusDerKaiser Es kann gut sein, dass der SF2400AC einen Akku benötigt, da er ja ein reiner Speicher über AC ist und selbst keine PV-Leistung durchreichen kann.
Deshalb würde ich tatsächlich einfach auf den Akku warten.
