Bcecilphg I have the B4600 plugged into my SuperbaseV however the unit is not being recognized and there is a flashing X above the icon.
Bcecilphg Update. I apparently ticked it off pretty pad. I started by unplugging everything and updating the BMS. Unplugged in the satellite battery and made sure the connection was secure. 3. I plugged in the C14 and it all started charging correctly.
support That logo is not an X, but a multiplication sign, which means that a battery is connected. Have a nice weekend.
