C14 no power

I have a C14 plugged into my unit and even know the outlet is on the SuperbaseV is not charging.

Updated the BMS and it started working

My BMS is v1.2.0(just received SBV4600 today and update firmware to ), still not able to charge. Any idea?

OK The BMS version is updated to 1.0.9 and it works fine.

TigerDan Which version of BMS firmware do you have now, is it 1.0.9?
