AC2400 stays in standby mode

Device has the latest firmware.
It seems that, after it goes to 100% battery charge, that it stays in standby. It does not take any power from the batteries when needed. Yesterday i've removed and readded the device which solved the issue. Today it stayed in the modus that drained the batteries while there was enough sun. Removed the hems switch and enabled again, which stopped the battery draining, but now it's in standby modus again with 99% battery and so not charging...
P1 is from HomeWizard, and data is perfectly read.

Update:
Removed the solarflow and the p1, readded them, no change.
Removed and readded Solarflow again and it started charging!
Realy annoying bug, must have to be smth when it reaches it's maximum battery level.... Please fix or is there a better workaround?

Hallo, wenn Du ein Problem mit deiner Anlage hast, musst Du direkt bei Zendure ein Ticket aufmachen. Hier im Forum liest von Zendure keiner mit. Hier versuchen nur andere User dir Ratschläge zu geben. Grüße....

I bought an AC2400 pro and it has been on standby for about 2 weeks.
Tried everything (same 2.4 wifi network, different sockets, restarts, retry HEMS setup, control AC2400 without HEMS with force loading and unloading to grid, ...) no succes.
As a last atempt I just installed a new Zendure P1, but it remains the same status.
Firmware of everything up to date
Location Belgium

Mails have been send to Zendure and sales-representative. But no response.

Any ideas?
