Batteries won't charge since a couple of days.
I ran all the sw updates, stack the batteries in a new order, unplugged the system for a couple of hours, however it just won't start charging. The app does recognize one or sometimes two batteries.
I tried to change a few settings, including "forcing" a direct charge flow instead of i.e. Zenki (my normal flow), but it still doesn't work.
One battery has 4% left, the other is depleted.
Any suggestions on how to solve this?
