I have 2 Hyper 2000 and both set up in the app. Not using Energy system. Each Hyper is on a separate circuit and set up independently of the other. Have been running fine for 6 months now. All firmwares up to date.
Hyper 1 is running fine and the app shows solar production, home consumption and battery level.
Hyper 2 seems to be running fine as I can see electricity flowing to the house through a Shelly 1PM installed in the circuit. However in the app this second Hyper is still available but showing stale data from yesterday afternoon. More weird is that I seem to be able to switch on and off Smart CT energy plan and it starts and stops the flow of electricity. But no data seems to come to the app from this Hyper. Stale fixed data values and stale flow chart.
Anyone knows what might have happened? Is there a cloud bug? I suspect I have to remove it completely from the app and add it again.
Is there anyway I can reboot the Hyper remotely as I am away from the site and see if this fixes the problem?
