Subject: Off-grid outlet issue on SolarFlow 2400 AC after firmware V1.0.19.0 – any hotfix planned?
Hi,
I am experiencing an issue with the off-grid outlet on my SolarFlow 2400 AC since updating to firmware V1.0.19.0.
In off-grid mode, when a device starts (for example a Fiery print server or a photocopier, around 300 W at startup), the off-grid outlet switches off. Then it restarts after a few seconds up to 2 minutes, and switches off again within about a minute. This behaviour did not exist before V1.0.19.0 and my wiring and loads have not changed.
My setup:
SolarFlow 2400 AC in three-phase configuration with Zenki and solar production
The problem only occurs on one phase; on the other phases, devices with a few hundred watts at startup work fine with no disconnection.
Could you please:
Confirm whether this is a known bug of firmware V1.0.19.0 affecting the off-grid outlet (especially with three-phase + Zenki setups)?
Let us know if a hotfix firmware or a rollback option is planned, and if there is an estimated timeline?
Advise if any specific settings are now required for loads like servers / copiers on the off-grid outlet?
Thank you in advance for your support.
