I am experiencing a change in behavior with my SolarFlow 2400 AC system after updating the firmware from version 1.0.10 to 1.0.19.
System configuration:
3 × Zendure SolarFlow 2400 AC inverters in a three phases network (one per phase)
4 × Zendure batteries :
- 1x 2400AC + AB3000x
- 1x 2400AC + AB3000x
- 1x 2400AC + 2x AB3000X
Issue description:
With firmware version 1.0.10, when 3 out of the 4 batteries were empty, the remaining inverter with one battery was able to increase its discharge power to compensate, maintaining nearly the same total output power or at least at max 2400W
Since updating to firmware version 1.0.19, when 3 batteries are empty and only one inverter with one battery remains active, the total discharge power is reduced to approximately one third of the previous value. The remaining inverter no longer increases its output power to compensate.
To confirm this hypothesis, I switched the system mode and manually forced the devices into discharging mode with a configured power of 3000 W. However, only about 1000 W was actually delivered.
According to the attached graph, only 36% of the required power is covered when operating in “Smart Meter” mode.
Has the power balancing or discharge logic between multiple inverters been changed?
I already open a ticket for this case : #340217
